Our homemade traditional holiday beer

Happy, healthy 2011!

Now that the holidays are behind us, including even “La Befana,” I’m posting some notes from something I was truly enjoying, and I’m still enjoying into 2011. It’s our homemade traditional holiday beer. Please visit vinosseur and see the fotos and words of the exciting and hands-on process we enjoyed that first Saturday in December.

First sniff I smell nothing. Is it the deep bulbous glass?

2nd sniff here it comes. By the 3rd I’m getting the holidays, clove and cardamom, ginger bread and crispy ginger cookies, especially those crunchy crispy gingerbread cookies! Yummy! That’s the holiday season, in an empty glass!

  1. Nice one! When did you sniff the glass, how long had it been empty for?
